Salman Rushdie
British Indian novelist and essayist Ahmed Salman Rushdie was born on June 21, 1947 in Bombay India. Only child to parents of Anus Ahmed Rushdie and Negin Bhatt. He was married four times. His first wife was Clarissa Luard and they had a son Fafara (born in 19----), second wife was Marianne Wiggins they later on also divorced and he mairred Elizabeth West and the also had a son together Milan Rushdie (born in 1999), lastly his fourth wife was model Padma Lakshmi, the mairrage ended after four years. He the encountered a relationship with model Riya Sen but they both decided to keep it as a friendship. Since then Rushdie has yet remarried.

Rushdie attended Cathedral and John Connon school, Rugby school, Kings college, and the University of Cambridge. HE started off as a copy writer for the Ogilvy & Mather agency. His time after he wrote That'll do Nicely, Irresistibubble, Naughty but Nice, and Midnights Children, but those were just a few of his many books. He was awarded around twenty-eight awards which some included author of the year for British Book awards and Germany, Brooker Prize of fiction, Mantua prize, Writers' Guild of Great Britain, Prix du Meilleur Livre Étager.
